Infusionsoft is a well-known CRM/Marketing automation tool praised and hated by many. The most used feature of InfusionSoft is the tagging of contacts based on actions. The entire automation system runs on these tags. Infusion’s navigation gives a good idea of what it does apart from sending an email.
